The Make Time for Good – Recycle with Fossil programme is offered in Fossil Stores in Austria, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
By using the Make Time for Good – Recycle with Fossil programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. By trading in a watch, you confirm to be over the age of 16 and the rightful owner of the watch or to have valid authorisation from the owner to trade in the watch.
2. This offer is limited to wrist watches. We reserve the right to refuse watches for any reason.
3. By handing in the watch, you give up ownership. The watch will be disassembled and ultimately destroyed for the recycling process. This cannot be reversed. You agree that any
submitted watch will not be returned to you and that any content cannot be recovered.
4. You are solely responsible for deleting all personal information and data from your smartwatch prior to handing it in for recycling. We do not accept any liability for any lost
data.
5. In return for the traded watch, you will receive a 15% discount on your immediate purchase of one in-stock Fossil watch or smartwatch. The discount is not valid at any other time or
any other store. The discount cannot be used on gift cards and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or already discounted items.
6. A legal claim to this service does not exist. We reserve the right to change these terms or stop or extend this service with future effect at any time.
7. German law shall be applicable unless mandatory statutory provisions dictate otherwise.
